Ever wonder what it’d be like to not have a desk job? What if you could be a stunt double? Or, the protagonist in a high-intensity, otherworldly action film (think: Shailene Woodley’s Tris in Divergent)? Well, for all of us who yearn to break free from ergonomically incorrect 9-5 activity, here’s our chance.

Welcome to The Project: IMMERSIVE FITNESSby Reebok and Les Mills, the global mastermind behind popular group fitness and team training programs like BODYPUMP (weights), BODYCOMBAT (martial arts), RPM (indoor cycling) and LES MILLS GRIT (30-minute high intensity interval).

Combining cinema quality video projected onto studio-sized screens with instructors who cue moves synchronized with exactly what’s in front of you, it’s the most high-tech way to get into the “zone” whether you’re riding through a kaleidoscopic cosmic explosion or stretching out under a sunset sky.

Recently debuted in London, The Project: IMMERSIVE FITNESS is on the road in Europe.  Stops include Stockholm, Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris and Milan, for any of you with international travel plans.  And, sign up to stay tuned, because it’s coming our way next year!

So, get ready for your turn in the spotlight.

And, the best part is: you don’t even have to go on a single audition.

Oooooo I dunno. Jury’s out on this one. It’s cool. It’s the future and yet….

It still screams Vegas to me, like the tourists who are saying, “why do we need to go to the real Paris hon, when there is a great Eiffel tower right here in the mall? Look! Chikfilet!”
………will anyone take the opportunity to go to a REAL beach again? Real mountain? Etc?

Then again, if we’re comparing this to a tv screen featuring prancercise, I’d like to recast my vote…..
Once again, thank you for bringing me into the future… Xo
